Most people, when they think of personal training, get a mental picture of a heavy-weight-lifting male or a Fitness-USA female. "Personal Training" is a concept that can be confusing because of what society shows us in magazines, television shows, and many gym advertisements. Cozy Fitness offers a completely different type of environment:
We understand that going to a public gym can be intimidating and distracting. The environment of Cozy Fitness is very comfortable and the attention is entirely on the individual to help meet goals, one session at a time!
Just like our Mission states, we work with people of all ages and at all levels of fitness. Goals can include:
